BY FAR One of my all time favorite books is this book, Essential Emotions. If I want to know something about an oil, I often use this book first.
Essential oils are widely used for physical health, but not as often for emotional healing. As a holistic massage therapist, I strongly believe in the extra effect that essential oils can have on your mindset and balance.
This book is a user-friendly reference work that informs you more about the emotional effect of an oil. The oils and blends are sorted alphabetically, so you can look them up easily. Also accompanying tips with which oils you can mix the specific oil well.
NOTE: The Essential Emotions book is commonly used by people who work with dōTERRA essential oils. However, this book can also be used as a reference for other brands.
