- RETURN POLICY -
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. After the cancellation of your order, you will have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. Check your carrier's website for exact rates.
If you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Key to Blossom in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible. To use this right, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
WHAT TO DO IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS?
- You have ordered the wrong item and want to exchange it. Simply order the product you want in our webshop and return the wrong item you ordered. You can use our return procedure for this.
- You have received a wrong item or your received order is not complete. Always check after receipt whether your shipment is complete and correct. If an incorrect item has been delivered or if an item is missing, you can report this to email@example.com. We will then ensure that our error is corrected as soon as possible.
- You have received a defective item. If you have received a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
